The site contains some unique buildings including the grade II* listed Vaughans Mansion built in 1260, this medieval defensive house is one of a few remaining in the UK and is the only one remaining in Shropshire. Grade II listed music hall and assembly rooms, a medieval shut, the towns 18th century prison cells, and the 20th century nuclear bunker.

Bryn y Neuadd Hospital, Llanfairfechan, Gwynedd

We will be installing new high efficiency gas boilers to 12 no buildings on site with new gas and water infrastructure to the site.

The hospital, which was built in 1971, has expanded and has a range of facilities including an education department, children’s unit, recreation hall and care for people with learning disabilities and those requiring long-term continuing health care.
